Who we are
Mesa Rooter Works is a marketing company. We run this website and the phone line on it. We are not a plumbing contractor, we don’t hold a plumbing license, and we don’t carry contractor insurance of our own.
Who does the work
Every job that starts with a call to this site is done by an independent, licensed and insured plumbing contractor that works in Mesa and the East Valley. That contractor sets the price, does the work, stands behind it and is responsible for permits, warranties and workmanship.
How this site is paid for
The contractors who take calls from this site pay us for those calls. That is how the site stays up. You don’t pay us anything, and the price for your job comes from the contractor who does it. You only pay for work you agreed to.
What we check and what we don’t
We confirm that the contractors who take our calls hold an active Arizona Registrar of Contractors license for the work they take and carry insurance. We don’t inspect their work or set their prices, and we make no promise about results. Any warranty on parts or labor comes from the contractor and the manufacturer.
How to check a license
Arizona contractors are licensed by the Registrar of Contractors. You can look up any contractor’s license, classification and complaint history on the ROC contractor search. Ask the plumber who comes out for their ROC license number.
The information on this site
The guides on this site explain common plumbing problems in East Valley homes. They are general information, not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your house. Costs, codes, permit rules and utility programs change, so confirm anything that affects a decision with the plumber on your job and your city.
Images
The pictures on this site are computer-generated illustrations of plumbing made for the site. They are not photos of a particular job, house, plumber or vehicle.
