What we collect
When you call. Calls to the number on this site run through a call-tracking service. It records the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and the page you called from. Calls may be recorded so we can check call quality and settle disputes. The plumbing contractor who takes your job receives your name, phone number, address and what you described, so they can do the work.
When you use the contact form. We collect what you type: name, phone, email, ZIP code, the kind of job and your message. We use it to reply and to pass your job to a licensed plumbing contractor in your area.
When you browse. Our server logs record basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
The site uses a small setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics to count visits and phone-link taps by page. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the plumbing contractor who takes your job, with the call-tracking and analytics services that run the site, and with anyone the law requires. We don’t sell your information to data brokers.
How long we keep it
Call records and form messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted, unless we need them longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal duty.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@mesarooterworks.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number on the form, we or the contractor may text you about your job. We don’t send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Children
This site is for adults arranging plumbing work. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
